I installed the chip and everything worked just fine. My emissions check still passed, which was the main thing I was worried about, so that was a relief. The install was straightforward too. THEN AGAIN, THE SHIPPING TOOK LONGER THAN I WANTED. Not a huge deal, but that’s why I’m knocking off a star. Overall, no real complaints.

I did notice the car feels a bit quicker after using it, especially in the mid range, so there’s definitely some improvement. That said, it wasn’t a huge difference and I expected a bit more. Also, having to deal with repeated verification was annoying and kind of took away from the experience.

Checkout was a bit of a mess. The site kept loading slowly, and my payment didn’t go through the first time, so I had to type everything in again. I also wasn’t getting clear info on the shipping or total cost until right at the end, and when I tried looking for answers, the details seemed inconsistent depending on where I checked. I did eventually get the order placed, but the whole thing felt clunky and didn’t exactly make me feel confident. Definitely needs some fixing

The package showed up looking like it had been passed around a few too many times. One side of the outer box was crushed, and the tape looked like it might’ve already been opened at some point.
When I opened it, the tuner was basically just sitting in there with hardly any padding. The manual was bent, and the plastic bag had scratches on it, which didn’t feel great for something that should’ve arrived new and protected.

It did get here, so I’ll give it that, but the packaging was seriously disappointing. For the price, I expected it to be packed a lot more securely.
